For the health and safety of our guests, all dogs and cats must have up-to-date records for all of the vaccinations PetSmart requires. We do not accept home vaccinations or titer tests in lieu of vaccinations for any pets. Vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. We prefer that vaccinations be administered 10 days before check-in.
PetSmart's national vaccination requirements are listed below and written proof of each is required. You must also show proof of meeting state and local vaccination requirements (not included below). Please check with your local PetSmart to verify/confirm your local requirements.

All pets should be flea and tick free. Canine guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will be treated at the PetSmart Grooming Salon at the Pet Parent's expense prior to check-in. Unfortunately feline guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will not be permitted to check in to the PetSmart PetsHotel.
